Your team development options

Team Effectiveness Assessment

How good are you as a team? And how do you know?

Our Team Effectiveness Assessment (TEA) helps you bring some thoroughness to working out where you’re really at. And before you spend time and money on development, it makes sense to know your team’s strengths and weaknesses.

The typical TEA process:

  • Team members anonymously complete our 90-question survey

  • We gain input from outside the team (optional)

  • We collect data and analyse the responses.

  • We present you the results highlighting specific development needs and providing our insights.

  • If desired, we advise and propose solutions.

Initial 3-day team offsite retreat

This is the team offsite that will blow you away. And it’ll blow away anything that’s currently stopping you from being a high-performing team.  

The typical 3-day offsite approach: 

  • Meet each person individually and the team

  • Run the Team Effectiveness Assessment 

  • Design a great agenda for the offsite

  • Day 1 & 2 

    • Teach the team the principles behind the human mind

    • Quieten the noise, increase the compassion, connection and understanding

    • Develop the team’s ability to communicate  

  • Day 3

    • Improve all elements of how the team works in daily life  

    • Improve how you discuss, debate, decide and align on any topic (even contentious ones).

Year-long team development journey

Team development is a journey. It takes time and conscious effort to develop the muscle of highly effective team working. 

An outline for a one-year journey:

  • Team Effectiveness Assessment 

  • Initial 3-day offsite

  • Regular team momentum sessions every 2-3 months. The aim of these is to:

    • Provide further development 

    • Observe and coach the team in action

    • Further develop the team communication on complex topics

  • One-to-one coaching (optional) to refine individual behaviours that are having an impact on the team working.
