Partnership with Retail Week

Martin Palethorpe, founder of the Pragma Group, is delighted to announce a significant new partnership with Retail Week as part of their Be Inspired initiative.

Retail Week launched Be Inspired in March 2016 and since then the campaign has engaged with more than 1000 people.

It's not just about inspiring anymore, but proactively developing our future female leaders. With the support of over 50 senior retail ambassadors, the initiative now includes monthly events to arm retail talent with the skills to turn inspiration into action.

As prime Learning & Development partner, Pragma will work with Retail Week to bring interesting content, masterclasses and development programmes to women in the sector. The work will look to develop and inspire the psychological effectiveness of participants, enabling them to optimise how they use their minds to access greater productivity, better decision-making & creativity.
