The new Managing Director was tasked with a turnaround. The business continued to run at a loss, with limited effective process, and in a culture of silo mentality & defensiveness. Martin directly coached the MD & his leadership team over a 18-month period. He worked in three specific areas: as a mentor and sounding board for the MD; as coach for the leadership team; and as consultant to develop a positive engaged culture. With Martin’s support, the MD successfully took the business into profit for the first time in 8 years and dramatically improved the work & team environment.
