The business knew that its culture was dysfunctional. Gossip, internal competition, politics were rife and it was impacting results. Pragma were engaged to help. We commenced with a culture survey of 10,000 staff to help identify specifically what was required.  Our work has included the re-development of the corporate values, interventions with the Exec Board, development of the top 35 leaders, rollout of the survey results, creation of a Culture Ambassador group, assessment and re-alignment of all organisational systems and processes. The work is ongoing but according to the HR Director, the environment feels far better than they could ever have imagined.
