Martin worked with the CEO and his European leadership team over a 1-year period. When the work began the CEO was new and the country managers operated in silos. There was no sharing and little teamwork. Martin’s work helped the CEO be a more effective leader of his team, and establish purpose and value in the team working together. Martin worked in four specific areas: as a coach & sounding board for the CEO; as coach to three of the Country Managers; as coach for the team; and as ‘culture’ consultant in a merger of two organisations within the business unit.  As a result of the success of this project, the CEO is a huge advocate of Pragma's work.
