When the coaching started, the client was a talented senior General Manager in the organisation. We gained feedback at Exec and Non-Exec Board level to create the development agenda. We helped the client develop his leadership style – adding ingredients such as empathy, empowerment, inspiration to improve how he worked with and engaged his people. We worked on Personal Brand, helping the client align how he percieved himself with how others percieved him. We also worked on relationships & network, helping the client improve key relationships in and outside of the business. As a result of the client's progress, he was rewarded with promotion to COO and a seat on the Board of one of the UK’s major airlines.
