  • Executive coaching: 9 months, 7 two-hour sessions, engagement with boss & HR.
  • Mid-management target coaching: 4 months, 4 one-to-one coaching sessions targeted to specifically pre-defined needs.
  • First 90 days coaching: 4 months (-30 to +90 days of a new role), 5 two-hour sessions, using leading thinking on effective transitions.
